45.60

prāṇe'pyantarmanaso liṅgamāhuryasminkrodho yā ca tṛṣṇā kṣamā ca
tṛṣṇāṃ chittvā hetujātasya mūlaṃ bhajasva devaṃ harameva kevalam

they call [him] the mark within the mind, even in the vital breath, in which are anger, thirst, and forbearance; / having severed thirst, the root of all causal conditions, worship the god Hara alone!
