prāpnoti tatphalaṃ vidvānante śaivaṃ paraṃ padam
mātsyaṃ dadyāt dvijendrāya prayataścottarāyaṇe

that fruit the wise man obtains, and in the end the supreme Śaiva state. / Restrained, one should give the Mātsya to a lord of the twice-born during the northern course of the sun;
