vīrasena iha sainyasaṃyutaḥ kṣātradharmamanusṛtya saṅgare |
putrikātmajahitāya pārthivaḥ saṃsthitaḥ surapateḥ samatejāḥ ||
On the other hand, the fiery Vîrasena, the second God of the Devas appeared in the battle, following a true Ksattriya custom, on behalf his daughter’s son.
