evaṃ sā muninā pṛṣṭā novāca varavarṇinī |
rudatī duḥkhasantaptā vidallaṃ ca samādiśat ||
Thus asked by the best of the Munis, the beautiful Manoramâ became very much afflicted with grief and began to weep; she could not speak anything herself and ordered Vidalla to inform the Muni all what had happened.
