hṛṣṭapuṣṭajanākīrṇā stutivāditraniḥsvanā |
nave tasminmahīpāle pūrbabhau nūtaneva sā ||
When the new king S’atrûjit ascended on the throne, the subjects were filled with joy; everywhere hymns were sung; drums were resound. At this Ayodhyâ looked as fresh as ever.
