varaye tvadṛte nānyaṃ pitṛbhyāṃ preritā'pi vā |
manasā karmaṇā vācā saṃvṛtastvaṃ mayā varaḥ ||

By my mind, word, and deed, I have selected you my husband; and pleasure and happiness is sure to attend on us by the blessings of the Bhagavatî.
