sā bhūtvā saguṇā paścātkaroti bhuvanatrayam |
pūrvaṃ saṃsṛjya brahmādīndattvā śaktīśca sarvaśaḥ ||
She is also Saguna, full of qualities, and is the Creatrix of Brahmâ, Visnu and Mahes’a, and has empowered them, in every way, to create the three Lokas.
