4.14.44

prāptaḥ paryāyakālo va iti brahmābhyabhāṣata |
bhuktaṃ rājyaṃ bhavadbhiśca pūrṇaṃ sarvaṃ samṛddhimat ||

Brahmâ said:-- When your time to enjoy the sovereignty of the Trilokî had come, you enjoyed the kingdoms of the Trilokî with all its wealth and power. You attacked the Devas and, helped by Time, had been able to trample them under your feet and held your sovereignty for full ten yugas and enjoyed the pleasures without any hitch.
