alpamātraṃ kṣaṇaṃ naiva garbhavāsaḥ kvacicchubhaḥ |
garbhavāse mahadduḥkhaṃ daśamāsanivāsanam ||

It is very hard and painful to be in the womb for ten months. To come out of the hard and terrible womb is extremely troublesome.
