suguptanagare ramye gupte'tha sūtikāgṛhe |
praviśya tena daityena gṛhīto'sau kathaṃ śiśuḥ ||
The beautiful Dvârakâ city is specially well-guarded; the lying-in-chamber is again within the centre of that; under these circumstances, how was it that the Daitya could enter there and steal away the child!
