mānuṣaṃ janma samprāpya guṇāḥ sarve'pi mānuṣāḥ |
bhavanti dehajā kāmaṃ na devā nāsurāstadā ||
The Jîvas, no sooner they are born as human beings, are immediately overcome with human qualities; the Deva or Asura qualities or their natures do not then visibly exist.
