ādau pūrakayogenāpyādhāre yojayenmanaḥ |
gudameḍhrāntare śaktistāmākuñcya prabodhayet ||
Now hear what is the next thing to do. First by the "Pûraka", Prânâyâma, fix the mind on the Mulâdhâra Lotus. Then contract and arouse the Kula Kundalinî S'aktî there, between the anus and the genital organs, by that Vâyu.
