śanaiścarastato hyūrdhvaṃ tasmāt saptarṣimaṇḍalam |
ṛṣīṇāṃ caiva saptānāṃ dhruvaścordhvaṃ vyavasthitaḥ ||
Saturn is higher still than that, and above him is the realm of the Seven Seers; / and above the Seven Seers, Dhruva is stationed.
