brahmovāca |
śṛṇu putra pravakṣyāmi yatpṛṣṭaṃ me tvayā param |
tatsarvaṃ sarvapāpaghnaṃ śāntimārgaprakāśakam ||
Brahmā said:
Listen, my son; I will declare the supreme truth that you asked of me,
all of which destroys all sins and illuminates the path of peace.
