taṃ draṣṭuṃ gaṇapastatra yayau bhaktaṃ nijecchayā |
bhaktavātsalyato deva āśrame sukhaśāntide ||
Gaṇapa went there by his own will to see that devotee; / out of affection for his devotee, the god [came] to the hermitage that bestows happiness and peace.
