jyeṣṭhaśuklacaturthyāṃ taiḥ sthāpito gaṇanāyakaḥ |
atastatra mahotsāhastaddine kurvate narāḥ ||
On the fourth day of the bright half of Jyeṣṭha, Gaṇanāyaka was established by them; / therefore, on that day, men celebrate a great festival there.
