māyā te kathitā vipra dvandvabhāveṣu bhrāntidā ||
Full of birth and death, revealing various dualities, / māyā has been described to you, O twice-born, which causes delusion regarding dual states.

oṃ tatsaditi śrīmadāntye purāṇopaniṣadi śrīmanmaudgale mahāpurāṇe tṛtīye khaṇḍe mahodaracarite māyāvarṇanaṃ nāma caturdaśo'dhyāyaḥ ||
