nahuṣasya caritraṃ te kathitaṃ pāpanāśanam |
śṛṇuyādvā paṭhedvā'pi tasmai kāmapradaṃ bhavat ||
The deed of Nahuṣa, which destroys sin, has been told to you; / whether one hears it or reads it, it will grant his desires.

oṃ tatsaditi śrīmadāntye purāṇopaniṣadi śrīmanmaudgale mahāpurāṇe tṛtīye khaṇḍe mahodaracarite nahuṣacaritaṃ nāma triṃśattamo'dhyāyaḥ ||
