idaṃ yudhiṣṭhirasyaiva caritraṃ pāpanāśanam |
śṛṇvate paṭhate vā'pi tasmai sarvārthadaṃ bhavet ||
This narrative of Yudhiṣṭhira destroys all sin;
for whoever hears it or recites it, it grants every aim.

oṃ tatsaditi śrīmadāntye purāṇopaniṣadi śrīmanmaudgale mahāpurāṇe tṛtīye khaṇḍe mahodaracarite yudhiṣṭhiracaritaṃ nāma pañcāśattamo'dhyāyaḥ ||
Oṃ tat sat. Thus ends the fiftieth chapter, named 'The Deeds of Yudhiṣṭhira', in the section on the Deeds of Mahodara, in the third section of the glorious and supreme Mudgalapurāṇa, an Upaniṣad of the Purāṇa.
