suṣeṇa uvāca |
kīdṛśo'yaṃ gaṇeśāno vrataṃ yasya mahādbhutam |
vada tasya svarūpaṃ me bhajiṣyāmi mahāprabhum ||

Suṣeṇa said:
What is this Lord Gaṇeśa like, whose observance is exceedingly wondrous? / Tell me his true nature; I shall worship the great lord.
