tayoḥ svāmī gaṇeśastu paśya vede mahāmate |
citte nivāsakatvāccintāmaṇirvai sa kathyate ||

Behold in the Veda, O noble-minded one, that Gaṇeśa is the master of the two. / Because he resides in the mind, he is indeed called Cintāmaṇi.
