oṃ tatsaditi śrīmadāntye purāṇopaniṣadi śrīmanmaudgale mahāpurāṇe caturthe khaṇḍe gajānanacarite bhādraśuklacaturthī candradarśanadoṣaharaṇacaritavarṇanaṃ nāma ṣaṣṭho'dhyāyaḥ ||

Om Tat Sat. Thus, in the glorious final Upaniṣad of the Purāṇas, in the venerable and great Mudgalapurāṇa, in the fourth section, in the exploits of Gajānana, the sixth chapter, entitled ‘The Description of the Account that Destroys the Fault of Seeing the Moon on the Fourth of the Bright Half of Bhādrapada.’
