Mudgalapurana 4.9.26

4.9.26

pulastya uvāca |
ihajanmakṛtaṃ pāpaṃ buddhyase na narādhama |
tena kuṣṭhayuto jātaḥ śṛṇu tatte vadāmyaham ||

Pulastya said:
"You do not recognize the sin committed in this present birth, O lowest of men!
On account of that you have become afflicted with leprosy; listen, I shall tell that to you.
