śaktivināyakasyaitaccaritraṃ yaḥ śṛṇoti vā |
paṭhate bhavitā tasya bhuktirmuktirna saṃśayaḥ ||
Whoever hears or reads this deed of Śaktivināyaka, / for him there will be worldly enjoyment and liberation, without doubt.

oṃ tatsaditi śrīmadāntye purāṇopaniṣadi śrīmanmaudgale mahāpurāṇe pañcame khaṇḍe lambodaracarite śaktivināyakamāhātmye pañcadaśo'dhyāyaḥ ||
Om tat sat. Thus ends the fifteenth chapter, entitled 'The Greatness of Śaktivināyaka', in the Deeds of Lambodara, in the fifth section of the glorious and venerable Maudgala Mahāpurāṇa, an Upaniṣad of the Purāṇas.
