brahmādaya ūcuḥ |
tvaṃ sākṣādgaṇarājo vai śuṇḍādaṇḍavirājitaḥ |
asmākaṃ gururādyaśca bodhadātarnamo'stu te ||
Brahmā and the others said:
You are directly the king of the Gaṇas, adorned with the staff-like trunk;
you are our foremost guru, bestower of awakening; obeisance to you!
