yadetanmaṇḍalaṃ śuklaṃ divyaṃ hyajaramavyayam
yuktaṃ manojavairaśvairharitairbrahmavādibhiḥ
The five spokes are his seasons; the rim is remembered as the six seasons;
likewise, its two extended courses are the southern and northern solstices.
