tatastadauṣadhīnāṃ ca vīrudhāṃ patra puṣpajam
sarvaṃ varṣābhinirvṛttamannaṃ saṃbhavati dvija
the time for Daṇḍanāyaka is at twilight, from the appearance of the stars; / the time for Rājñī is at dawn—in that manner it should be performed by one who knows.
