8.23

diveti cāvyayaṃ liṃgaṃ paṭhyate sūribhiḥ sadā
divā karoti yasmācca tasmādeṣa divākaraḥ

Having the colour of the sun, the sole protector of the world, first of the gods of old, / Hiraṇyagarbha, the great-souled Puruṣa—he is recited indeed as the supreme Puruṣa.
