vaikārikas tṛtīyas tu sarga aindriyakaḥ smṛtaḥ
mukhyasargaś caturthas tu mukhyā vai sthāvarāḥ smṛtāḥ //

the third is the vaikārika creation, remembered as the sensory one; / the fourth is the primary creation, and the primary are remembered as the immovable things;
