sahasrānīka uvāca:
satyam uktaṃ tvayā brahman vaidikaḥ paramo vidhiḥ
viṣṇor devātidevasya pūjanaṃ prati me 'dhunā //

Sahasrānīka said: / You have spoken the truth, O Brahmin: the supreme Vedic rule / concerning the worship of Viṣṇu, the God beyond gods, [has been told] to me now.
