evaṃ cāvasthite loke kṛtyākṛtyavidhau narāḥ
vyāmoham eva gacchanti vimuktāḥ pāpakarmabhiḥ //
And when the world is in such a state, men who are freed from sinful deeds / nevertheless fall into delusion regarding what should and should not be done.
