na hi śaśikaluṣacchaviḥ kadācid viramati no ravitām upaiti candraḥ
bhagavati ca harāv ananyacetā bhṛśamalino 'pi virājate manuṣyaḥ //
The tarnished lustre of the moon never ceases, nor does the moon attain the nature of the sun; / yet a man whose mind is unswervingly devoted to the Blessed Lord Hari shines, even if exceedingly impure.
