dvitīyaṃ nārasiṃhaṃ ca purāṇe pādmasaṃjñite /
śaukeyaṃ hi tṛtīyaṃ tu purāṇe vaiṣṇave matam //
And the second is the Nārasiṃha in the purāṇa known as the Pādma. / The third is indeed considered the Śaukeya in the Vaiṣṇava purāṇa.
