jñānaṃ mahatpuṇyatamaṃ pavitraṃ paṭhantyado nityaviśuddhasattvāḥ /
gatiṃ parāṃ yānti mahānubhāvā rudrasya vākyaṃ hi yathā pramāṇam //
Those of ever-pure nature who recite this great, most meritorious, pure wisdom / go to the supreme state, magnanimous ones, for the word of Rudra is authoritative.

|| iti śrīskānde mahāpurāṇa ekāśītisāhasryāṃ saṃhitāyāṃ pañcama āvantyakhaṇḍe revākhaṇḍe narmadāmāhātmye narmadāsnānaphalaśrutikathanaṃ nāma daśamo'dhyāyaḥ ||
