śrīmārkaṇḍeya uvāca:
tato gacchenmahīpāla eraṇḍīsaṅgamaṃ param /
yacchrutaṃ vai mayā rājañchivasya vadataḥ purā //

Śrī Mārkaṇḍeya said:
Then one should go, O king, to the supreme confluence of the Eraṇḍī,
which was heard by me, O king, as Śiva spoke of it long ago.
