pūjya trayīmayaṃ liṅgaṃ devīṃ kātyāyanīṃ śubhām /
rātrau jāgaraṇaṃ kṛtvā patyāsi pativratā //
Having worshipped the liṅga consisting of the three Vedas and the auspicious goddess Kātyāyanī,
and having kept vigil at night, the devoted wife with her husband,
