evaṃ brahmā ca viṣṇuśca rudraścaiva mahāvrate /
trayo devāstrayaḥ sandhyāstrayaḥ kālāstrayo 'gnayaḥ //
Thus Brahmā, Viṣṇu, and Rudra, O lady of great vows,
are the three gods, the three twilights, the three times, and the three fires.
