ye mriyanti narā devi eraṇḍyāḥ saṅgame śubhe /
yāvadyugasahasraṃ tu rudraloke vasanti te //
Those men who die at the auspicious confluence of the Eraṇḍī, O goddess,
dwell in the world of Rudra for a thousand yugas.
