tatra tīrthe tu yo bhaktyā tyajate dehamātmanaḥ /
viṣṇulokaṃ mṛto yāti jayaśabdādimaṅgalaiḥ //
Whoever with devotion abandons his own body at that pilgrimage place, / on dying goes to the world of Viṣṇu amidst auspicious cries of victory and the like.
