tatra tīrthe tu yo rājanbhaktyā snātvārcayecchivam /
gandhamālyābhiṣekaiśca yājñikaṃ sa labhet phalam //
Whoever, having bathed with devotion in that pilgrimage place, O king, worships Śiva / with perfumes, garlands, and consecrations, obtains the fruit of a sacrificer.
