tatra tīrthe tu yaḥ kaścit prāṇatyāgaṃ kariṣyati /
śāstrayuktena vidhinā sa gacchecchivamandiram //
Whoever abandons his life in that pilgrimage place / according to the rule prescribed by the sacred treatises, goes to the abode of Śiva.
