śrīmārkaṇḍeya uvāca:
tato gacchenmahīpāla ravitīrthamanuttamam /
yatra devaḥ sahasrāṃśustapastaptvā divaṃ gataḥ //

The glorious Mārkaṇḍeya said: / Next one should go, O protector of the earth, to the unsurpassed Ravitīrtha, / where the thousand-rayed god, having performed austerity, went to heaven.
