tasya devasya yo bhaktyā kurute liṅgapūraṇam /
sa vaseddevadevasya yāvatsikthasya saṃkhyayā //
Whoever, with devotion, covers the liṅga of that god [with cooked rice]
shall dwell near the god of gods for as many [years] as the count of grains.
