yāvadasthīni tiṣṭhanti brahmatīrthe ca dehinām /
tāvad varṣasahasrāṇi devaloke mahīyate //
As long as the bones of embodied beings remain in Brahmatģrtha, / for that many thousands of years one is honored in the world of the gods.
