pṛthagāyatanaiḥ śubhrairliṅgairvālukamṛnmayaiḥ /
bhrājate yā saricchreṣṭhā nakṣatrairiva śarvarī //
With separate, bright sanctuaries and liṅgas of sand and clay, / that best of rivers shone like the night with constellations.
