śeṣā nadyaḥ samudrāśca sarva eva kṣayaṃgatāḥ /
varadānān maheśasya tenāhaṃ na kṣayaṃ gatā //
The remaining rivers and oceans all went to destruction; / by the granting of a boon by Maheśa, because of that I did not go to destruction.
