evaṃ dattvā varaṃ teṣāṃ devadevo maheśvaraḥ /
jagāmākāśamāviśya kailāsaṃ dharaṇīdharam //
Having thus granted them a boon, the god of gods, Maheővara, / entering the sky, went to Kailāsa, the mountain.
