131.8

mārkaṇḍeya uvāca:
yathā yathā tvaṃ nṛpa bhāṣase ca tathā tathā me sukhameti bhāratī /
śaithilyabhāvājjarayānvitasya tvatsauhṛdaṃ naśyati naiva tāta //

Mārkaᅇကeya said: / The more you speak, O king, the more my speech attains joy; / though I am endowed with old age due to slackness of condition, my friendship toward you does not diminish at all, dear one.
