ṣaṣṭivarṣasahasrāṇi svarge tiṣṭhati bhūmidaḥ /
ācchettā cāvamantā ca tānyeva narake vaset //
The giver of land dwells in heaven for sixty thousand years; / the confiscator and the one who consents to it shall dwell for just as many years in hell.
