kruddho nirbhartsayāmāsa huṅkāreṇa maheśvarīm /
oṃ huṃphaṭ tvaṃ sa ityāha kopāviṣṭair athekṣaṇaiḥ //

Enraged, he rebuked the Great Goddess with the sound "hūṃ". / With eyes possessed by wrath, he said: "Om hūṃ phaṭ, be you [so]!"
